· Ingredients & Allergens: Our products contain natural ingredients such as sea salt, spices, fruits, wine and herbs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment (e.g., cross-contact with nuts, dairy, or gluten may occur).
· No Health or Medical Claims: Our products are intended for culinary use only. They are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a medical professional before consuming if you have health concerns.
· Our products are homemade and produced under Florida’s Cottage Food Law (Florida Statutes Section 500.80), which means that these products are not subject to food safety inspections.
3. Orders & Payments
· Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will provide a full refund.
· Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
· Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Your payment details are securely processed through third-party providers.
· Shipping Carriers: We use USPS and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
· Lost/Damaged Packages: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with photos, and we will assess replacement requests.
4. Returns & Refunds
· All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
· Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 10 days of delivery at susi.saltyalchemist@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will assess refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salty Alchemist LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
